Kevin Dahill is the former president/CEO of the Suburban Hospital Alliance of New York State. This is a coalition of hospitals located throughout Long Island and the Hudson Valley in New York State. Mr. Dahill is a former hospital CEO. In his current role as an advocate for hospitals and health systems, Mr. Dahill brings his 40 years of health policy and health management acumen to legislators, regulators, media representatives, and anyone else seeking to grasp the complexities of health policy in an understandable way. He is frequently sought for his expertise on a variety of health care issues such as: hospital economics and finance, health services planning, hospitals and community benefit, population health, workforce issues, corporate compliance, quality and performance improvement issues, and managed care practices. Mr. Dahill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health care management from St. Peter’s College (Jersey City, NJ) and a master’s in business administration from Fordham University (New York, NY). He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators and the American Association of Association Executives. He serves as adjunct professor of management at St. Peter’s College in New Jersey and St. Joseph’s College on Long Island.
